Malcolm Langston Butler is a principal character on The Neighborhood, portrayed by Sheaun McKinney.

He is also Calvin and Tina's elder son and his brother Marty is younger. He was once a professional baseball player working his way through the minor leagues until an arm injury ended his career. Since then, he has had trouble finding steady employment. In season 2, Marty got Malcolm a job as a security guard at Jet Propulsion Laboratory.

- In the episode "Welcome to the Vow Renewal", it was revealed that he was an unplanned baby, making Calvin and Tina have a shotgun wedding.
- In the same episode, which took place in fall 2019, Calvin and Tina celebrated their 30th anniversary and they married to avoid him being born out of wedlock, meaning that he was born in either 1989 or 1990.
