Jackson Jones is the most strange kid of all in the entire neighborhood... No one ever knows what's going through his head, and he's very clumsy and rude. No one knows exactly when he moved in, but he's suspected to be the third.

Jackson is despised by Calvin. He can't stand Jackson because he's so 'idiotic and rude'. In the episode Africa's Pilot, Calvin calls Jackson an idiot and Charles replies: 'Don't make fun of him, he's just slow!', implying Jackson has autism. Jackson replies saying: 'You think this is slow?', performing an action to prove to Charles that he isn't slow, though it is unknown if Jackson is legitimately autistic.
